Similar provisions are also valid for radio broadcasting rights. The OCOG must not enter into any contracts directly or indirectly linked with the sale of broadcasting rights (including contracts related to time-keeping, data, the official Olympic film, etc.).IPC owns all rights relating to the broadcasting and distribution of the Paralympic Games. In undertaking the hosting of the Paralympic Games, the IPC transfers all Paralympic Games-related television/broadcast rights, to the OCOG in exchange for a fee as set forth in the IPC/IOC Agreement.
